Precautions for use:

1. The laser emitted by the laser diode is invisible light and may cause damage to the human eye. When the

diode is working, it is strictly forbidden to look directly at its end face.

2. The device requires a suitable driving power supply, the instantaneous reverse current cannot exceed

20μA, and the reverse voltage cannot exceed 3V, otherwise the device will be damaged. When the laser

diode is connected to the power supply, the power supply output voltage should be zero; the current should

be increased or decreased slowly during adjustment to avoid damage to the device by impact current.

3. The device should be stored or operated in a dry environment.

4. Working at a higher temperature will increase the threshold current, reduce the conversion efficiency,

and accelerate the aging of the device.

5. Working at an output power higher than the specified parameters will accelerate the aging of the device.

6. When used as a pump water source, the wavelength of the laser changes with the operating temperature,

so the device is required to be fully cooled or used under refrigeration conditions, and the C-mount

temperature is kept at 25 degrees. Exceeding this operating temperature range may cause a decrease in

pump efficiency and drift. The device needs to be fully cooled or used under refrigeration conditions.

7. This product is an electrostatically sensitive device and can only be handled when the human body is

well grounded. To prevent static electricity, use an anti-static bracelet.
