Handling against static electricity

This product is sensitive to static electricity and surge voltage, which may damage the LED chip or affect its stability.When using, please refer to the following examples and implement corresponding anti-static measures.Employees who are in direct contact with LEDs in all processes (production assembly, testing, packaging and shipping) must take measures to prevent and eliminate static electricity:

(1) The work surface is an anti-static workbench, and the production machine or equipment is well grounded. (Check whether the work surface is well grounded and whether all production equipment is leaking before starting work every morning) (Testing equipment: electric batch, soldering iron, heating soldering station, test power supply)

(2) Operators must wear anti-static clothing and anti-static wristbands. (Check whether the electrostatic wristband is qualified before starting work every day and wear it correctly without loosening, and wear electrostatic clothing and hats)

(3) The temperature and humidity in the workshop are quite different in the morning and afternoon, so records and precautions need to be taken.

(4) Pay special attention when using chemicals to clean. Some acidic solvents such as chemical potions (acetone, thinner/board washing water) will corrode LEDs and affect product performance. If necessary, only alcohol can be used for cleaning and the cleaning time should not exceed 1 minute.
